Marco Hall & Saya Woolfalk
In 2022 SHINE commissioned Saya Woolfalk, Visual Artist, and Marco Hall, Fashion Designer, to collaborate with each other. This was our second project bringing Marco together with a contemporary artist to create a wardrobe of props that live in the studio for anyone to use. This collaboration builds on Woolfalk's Cloudscape: Portal backdrop installation at SHINE. “Creator of the Empathics—fictional futuristic beings who time-travel and shape-shift across the multiverse,” artist Saya Woolfalk and Marco Hall created these props as a jumping off point for anyone who used the studio to incorporate into their own ideas and works.
